6:30pm to 9pm at The Skillet Restaurant and NMHU Observatory. The event begins with a multi course concept dinner prepared by award winning chef Isaac Sandoval followed by cocktails and dessert and live music at the Highlands Observatory. The observatory is available to enjoy the night sky and the Perseid meteor shower.
